Jordanville Farms Builder
Jordanville Farms is a relatively new community of single family homes located just southeast of Aynor in South Carolina.
Horry County Planning and Zoning has approved 413 single family units for the entire subdivision of Jordanville Farms. D. R. Horton began development of an initial phase of approximately 135 single family homes in 2022.
As of May 2024, 66 single family homes have been developed in Jordanville Farms with an additional 357 single family homes remaining to be developed.
D. R. Horton started to sell homes in this community in 2023. D. R. Horton is building spec homes and will typically have an inventory of homes available for express delivery at all times. Homes by D. R. Horton are starting in the $230's and a variety of floorplans will be available ranging from approximately 1,100 + square feet to over 2,700 square feet.
D. R. Horton has been in the home building business since the 1970’s and is well committed to building in Myrtle Beach and the surrounding areas. As of early 2024, D. R. Horton had close to 30 active community development projects ongoing in the Myrtle Beach area.
